14 abducted passengers gunned down in Balochistan

The unknown assistants gunned down 14 bus passengers in Bolan district of Balochistan.

According to sources, the incident occurred on the outskirts of Mach Town in Bolan last night when the militants stopped two buses, checked out the CNIC’s of the passengers and took away the selected persons while leaving others.

The bodies of abducted passengers were recovered from the nearby mountains early on Tuesday morning and were shifted to the Bolan Civil Complex.

The slained belonged to Sadiqabad, Rajanpur, Muzzafargarh, Rahimyar Khan and other cities of Punjab. All the victims were working in Balochistan and were travelling to celebrate the Eid-ul-Fitr in their homes.

Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned the attack saying those who are responsible in the attack do not deserve any mercy and they should be brought to the dock.

Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Malik has also condemned incident and said such acts are in contradiction of Islamic and Baloch values. He also announced the compensation for the heirs of victims.
